Perfect Diet – Nutrition & Lifestyle Consulting

Welcome to Perfect Diet. By using PerfectDiet.pro or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

Perfect Diet provides digital, non-medical nutrition and lifestyle consulting.
Our recommendations are based on:

  • Client-provided information
  • Scientific research
  • Proprietary nutritional algorithms
  • Professional experience

We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

2. Not a Medical Service — Mandatory Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Perfect Diet is not a medical provider.
  • Our plans and guidance are not substitutes for medical advice.
  • We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • You must consult a licensed physician before making dietary or lifestyle changes.

Perfect Diet is not liable for:

  • Medical issues
  • Allergic reactions
  • Adverse responses
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Exercise injuries
  • Any consequence of following or not following the plan

You follow the plan voluntarily and at your own risk.

3. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are providing complete and accurate information about your health, lifestyle, and history
  • You understand that incomplete or incorrect information may affect your plan
  • You take full responsibility for your choices, dietary changes, and physical activities

Perfect Diet is not responsible for omissions, false information, or undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Plans, Fees & Payment Terms

Current pricing:

  • ₹4,999/month — Custom Nutrition Plan + Weekly Coach consult + tracking
  • ₹1,999 — Custom Nutrition Plan without tracking

All payments are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-extendable
  • Time-bound to the period purchased

Perfect Diet reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

5. Delivery of Services

Service delivery is entirely digital via email, WhatsApp or internal systems.

  • Plans are delivered within 3–5 working days after onboarding completion
  • Delays due to incomplete or late onboarding are the client’s responsibility
  • Missed weekly check-ins cannot be carried forward

6. Communication Policy

  • WhatsApp messages will be responded to within reasonable working hours
  • WhatsApp is not for emergencies or medical queries
  • Email updates and reminders may be sent periodically

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Perfect Diet—including:

  • Nutrition plans
  • Meal plans
  • Algorithms
  • Calculators
  • Tracking sheets
  • Designs
  • Educational content

…is the exclusive intellectual property of Perfect Diet (Divya Krishna Mohan).

Clients are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Perfect Diet is not liable for any health outcomes, injuries, losses, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of our services.
  • You agree to indemnify Perfect Diet from claims arising from misuse or misinterpretation of the plan.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in:
