Cancellation & Refund Policy

Perfect Diet – Nutrition & Lifestyle Consulting
Perfect Diet (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital nutrition and lifestyle consulting services. By purchasing any service through PerfectDiet.pro, you agree to the following policy.
1. No Cancellations
All service purchases are final.
Since our plans are personalised and created immediately after onboarding, we cannot accept cancellations for any reason.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
All fees paid to Perfect Diet are non-refundable, including:
- ₹4,999/month — Custom Nutrition Plan with weekly coach consultation & tracking
- ₹1,999 — Custom Nutrition Plan without tracking
Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.
3. Exception — Duplicate Payment
A refund will be issued only in the case of a verified duplicate payment made in error.
- Proof of duplicate transaction is required.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
4. Non-Transferability
Purchased plans:
- Cannot be transferred to another person
- Cannot be paused or extended
- Expire at the end of the purchased duration
- Are not eligible for time credits for missed check-ins
